Representatives from JP Morgan will be giving their presentation entitled "Pension Plan Risk Management." This presentation will be especially interesting to those who have had or are in interest theory. The presentation is interactive, so be sure to bring a calculator to solve various questions. 15

We will be having a question and answer sessions from a panel of three working actuaries. If you have any questions regarding actuarial science or what it is like being an actuary in a work environment, or if you have any questions at all please come. There will be two sessions - one at 4:30 and another at 6:30. Feel free to attend both sessions. 15

He has had a long and interest career as an actuary and has volunteered to come talk about his experiences - to give a "big picture" view of how his career went - from beginning to end. He will also spend a little time talking about what type of life insurance we should be selling. He calls his idea "Ultimate Life - What Life Insurance Could Be and Should Be!" 15

    Deloitte will be providing an interactive Business Case Workshop to interested students. This event is designed to expose all Actuarial students to real business problems consulting actuaries can face. The presentation will discuss a client situation the actuaries at Deloitte may have encountered. Students will have the opportunity to develop realistic solutions we could present to the client. There will be Deloitte practitioners assisting the students, and we will allow time for all students to talk with these representatives prior to the event. Appetizers and beverages will be provided. 15
